This revision has been filed against the judgment and order passed by Ist
A.C.J.M., Kheri convicting and sentencing revisionist to rigorous
imprisonment for two years and a fine of Rs.5000/- and in default further to
undergo six months rigorous imprisonment (under Section 7(1) /16(1) (A) (1)
of Prevention of Food and Adulteration Act.)

Since the revisionist is absent, therefore issue bailable warrant of arrest
against the revisionist through Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhimpur Kheri,
for an amount of Rs.15,000/- fixing 30.7.2010 for his appearance.
