the Jai Prakash University, for the Baba Saheb Bheem
Rao Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur and for
the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly
submits that the contempt application may be disposed
in similar terms as the order in M.J.C. No.1930/10
along with M.J.C. No.618/10 as the factual situation
obtaining with regard to the payments made to the
petitioner under the orders of the Writ Court is also
similar to that noticed in the aforesaid two contempt
applications.
The contempt application is disposed in
similar terms with like directions to the Vice-

Chancellors of the two Universities as contained in the
aforesaid orders, to be complied with within a maximum
period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production
of a copy of this order before the two Vice-Chancellors.
The contempt application stands disposed.
