                         J U D G M E N T

The complaint in this writ petition is regarding failure of

the respondent in passing orders on Ext.P6 representation made

by the petitioner. When the matter came up for orders today,

learned Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the

respondent submitted that orders have already been passed.

Recording the above submission and directing that a copy of the

order be made available to the petitioner on production of a copy

of this judgment, this contempt of court case is closed.
