                                 JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the

interim order passed by this Court on 30.6.2008, the Government have

passed an order dated 10.7.2008. Learned counsel for the petitioner

submits that with liberty to challenge the aforesaid Government Order,

this Writ Petition may be closed. The Writ Petition is, therefore, closed

with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the Government Order dated

10.7.2008.
