	All the Original Application Nos.7421, 7422 and 7423 and of 1999 were filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal, Madras Bench praying to call for the records of the respondents ending with the order of the first respondent in RC No.38550/C19/CV/99 dated 13.5.99 and quash the same and direct the respondents to forthwith send back the applicant to the respective  third respondent   Panchayat Union Middle School  as B.T. Headmaster.  Since the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal was abolished, the O.As., were received by transfer and numbered as Writ Petitions.

COMMON ORDER

None appears on behalf of the applicant/petitioner in all the three writ petitions.

2. The petitioners, aged 54 years, 49 years and 48 years respectively in all the three writ petitions filed the Original Applications in the year 1999. They would have superannuated by this point of time. Hence, the relief sought for cannot be granted at this point of time. Therefore, all the writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
