This petition was dismissed vide order dated 10.12.2004. Thereafter
Application No. 25652 (W) of 2007 for condonation of delay in moving
recall/review of aforesaid order along with application No.25653 (W) of 2007
for recall/review of order dated 10.12.2004 was moved by Dr. R.K.
Srivastava, Advocate. Against said application for recall/review of order
dated 10.12.2004, application no.71826 of 2008 was moved by Sri Rakesh
Kumar, Advocate which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated
20.08.2008. Yet another application for rejecting the application for
recall/review of order 10.12.2004 was moved by Sri Rakesh Kumar, Advocate
on behalf of opposite parties no. 1 to 4 which was again dismissed for want of
prosecution vide order dated 08.01.2010. Even today, Sri Rakesh Kumar,
Advocate is not present.
Accordingly it is directed that office shall issue notice to Sri Rakesh Kumar,
Advocate, appearing for the opposite parties for his appearance before this
Court on 20th August 2010.
List the petition again on 20th August 2010.
