                               J U D G M E N T

In the matter of reporting of vacancies, there is already

an interim order dated 14.10.2005. The writ petition is hence

disposed of making it clear that in respect of the substantive

vacancies reported prior to the expiry of the ranked list, steps

shall be taken by the Commission, if not already taken, within two

months from the date of receipt of a copy of the judgment.
