condoning delay was misplaced at the end of the office and,

therefore, permission be granted for filing afresh application for

condoning delay.

Two weeks’ time is granted to the learned counsel

for the appellants to file such an application, failing which the

memo of appeal shall stand rejected without further reference to

the Bench.
