3. 28.9.2011. After some argument learned counsel for petitioners

seeks permission to withdraw this application.

Prayer is allowed. The application is dismissed as

withdrawn.

In case the petitioners surrender and seek regular bail in

connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.499 of 2010, the

same shall be considered and disposed of on its own merit in

accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
