04/ 08.11.2011 This contempt petition has been filed alleging
non-compliance of the order dated 8.3.2010 passed in
C.W.J.C. No. 2363 of 2010, Annexure-1, which was
disposed of exactly in the same terms which is contained
in orders dated 2.3.2000, 22.5.2008 passed in L.P.A. No.
715 of 2000, Annexures-6 and 6/A to the said writ
petition.
It is submitted by the counsel for the State that
against the order dated 22.5.2008 passed in L.P.A. No. 715
of 2000, State has filed Civil Review No. 354 of 2010,
which is still pending.
Let counsel for the State either seek stay in the
aforesaid civil review or comply with the order dated
2.3.2000, 22.5.2008 passed in L.P.A. No. 715 of 2000 on
or before 8.12.2011, failing which the Special Director
should appear in this Court on 9.12.2011 at 10.30 A.M..

10.30 A.M.
