Judgment

Learned counsel for the petitioner says that the

Division Bench has finally heard the writ appeal

filed by the respondents against the judgment.

Therefore, I do not find it necessary to initiate

any action on the basis of the judgment in the

writ petition. This contempt of court case is

accordingly closed without prejudice.
