withdraw this application in order to enable him to seek his

remedy before the court of competent civil jurisdiction.

This application is permitted to be withdrawn.

In case the petitioner files a suit before the competent

court of civil jurisdiction, the same would be disposed of

expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment. It

would open for the court to impose cost if unnecessary

adjournment is sought for by the parties.
