Mr.

Pahwa, learned advocate submitted that advance copy of the petition
will be served to the learned Assistant Solicitor General who appear
on behalf of ROC. He also submitted that latest by tomorrow i.e.
22.9.2011 copy will be served to learned Assistant Solicitor General
with intimation about next date of hearing. Hence formal notice
returnable on 26.9.2011 be issued. D.S. is permitted. Mr. Pahwa also
submitted that he would move separate application seeking
regularisation of the issuance of advertisement on 18.8.2011 and
appropriate orders on such application may be passed so as to enable
applicant to take aforesaid steps. Hence, S.O. to 26.9.2011.
