Case has been taken up in the revised call. No one appears on behalf of the
applicant to press this contempt application.

From the office report dated 16.11.2006 it is apparent that the O.P. No.1 is not
posted at Jal Sansthan, Kanpur Nagar. No further steps have been taken by the
applicant to implead the new incumbent on the post. The direction of the Writ
Court was to decide the application of the applicant within three weeks. It was
passed in the year 2005. At this stage no further consideration can be taken in
this contempt application. Accordingly notices are discharged. Application is
consigned to record.
