2 28.04.2011 On call, none appeared on behalf of the

petitioner either to press the petition or to make a prayer

for adjournment. Sri Dharmeshwar Mishra, learned

counsel appearing on behalf of respondent/Bihar State

Electricity Board, is present. He submits that in its counter

affidavit which was filed in the month of May 2008, it has

categorically been mentioned that during the pendency of

the writ petition all the grievances of the petitioner have

already been redressed.

The writ petition stands dismissed due to non-

prosecution.
