2. 14.10.2011 Call for legible carbon copy of the case diary of Ara

Nawada P.S. case No.138 of 2008 and the injury report from

the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara and

also a report from the Superintendent of Police, Bhojpur at

Ara about the antecedent of the petitioner, who is accused in

the aforesaid case, so as to reach this court within three

weeks and put up on its receipt.
