This application has been filed through Sri S.K. Yadav, Advocate. In the
present application, however in the title, the writ petition number has been
wrongly mentioned as 63315 of 2009 instead of 70990 of 2009, stating that
Raj Bahadur Yadav never instructed any counsel to file the present writ
petition on his behalf. The present writ petition has been filed through Sri
K.M. Misra, Advocate. He submits that he filed the present writ petition as he
was instructed by local counsel Sri Arunendra Kumar Singh, Advocate, Civil
Court, Azamgarh.
Issue notice to Sri Arunendra Kumar Singh, Advocate, requiring him to
appear in person before this Court on 2nd February 2010 to inform that who
instructed him to file the present writ petition on behalf of the Raj Bahadur
Yadav, the petitioner.
List on 2nd February 2010. A copy of this order may be communicated to him
by Sri K.M. Misra.
