3 21.01.2010 Both the above stated petitions have arisen out of
Rahui (Wena) P.S. Case no.104 of 2010 registered under
Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 379 and 302 of the I.P.C.,
and accordingly, both the above stated petitions are being
disposed of by this common order.
Taking into consideration that specific allegation
of assault is against accused Bundel Yadav and omnibus
allegation has been levelled against the petitioners, the
petitioners, namely, (1) Raj Ballabh Yadav, (2) Vijay Yadav,
(3) Ram Swarth Yadav and (4) Awadhesh Yadav are
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Nalanda
at Biharsharif in connection with in connection with above
stated Rahui (Wena) P.S. Case no.104 of 2010.
