position having 228 marks, persons with lesser marks in the

general category to which the petitioner is a claimant have come

to be appointed by the respondents. Petitioner alleges fowl play

in the decision.

As counter affidavit on behalf of the State would be

required to be filed, let this matter be listed in top twenty cases

after four weeks.
