Kumar Vs State of Bihar & Ors) in place of Cr.Misc.No.24195 of

2009 (Raj Kumar Yadav @ Sipahiji Vs State of Bihar).

In the circumstances, let the order dated 29.7.2010 be

read as having been passed in Cr.Misc.No.24195 of 2009 (Raj

Kumar Yadav @ Sipahiji Vs State of Bihar).

The order dated 29.7.2010 is modified to the extent

indicated above.

Let this order be communicated through fax at the

cost of the petitioner.
