Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Chief
Standing Counsel.

Learned Addl. Chief Standing Counsel states that representation of the
petitioner as directed by this Court vide order dated 10.9.2009 has been
disposed of.

In this view of the matter, nothing more is required to be adjudicated in this
contempt petition. It is accordingly dismissed. However, it will be open to the
petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order before the appropriate forum.
