Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Ram Dular, who is
appearing on behalf of respondent no.1, Union of India.

By this writ petition the petitioner has prayed that a direction be issued to
respondent nos. 1 to 3 to restrain the respondent no.4 for making construction
of godown for storage of L.P.G. Gas cylinders in Village Jasrana Dehat,
Police Station Kotwali Jasrana, District Firozabad at Plot No.469 area 0.154
hectare and Plot No.470 area 0.057 hectare. The petitioner claims to be
resident of the area for whom the appropriate remedy is to file a suit for
injunction before the competent court.

With these observations this petition is dismissed.
