Against the order passed by District Inspector of Schools Sant Ravidas Nagar
Bhadohi dated 4.3.2010, the petitioner has already represented before Joint
Director of Madhyamic Education on 21.4.2010. In case, such representation
against the order passed by District Inspector of Schools, is pending before
Joint Director of Madhyamic Education, he is directed to decide the same in
accordance with law by passing a reasoned speaking order within a period of
six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of the order of this
Court

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition is disposed of
finally.
