2 18.7.2011 This is an application for restoration

of Cr.Misc.No. 18446 of 2011 which stood

dismissed on 24.6.2011 for non-prosecution on

behalf of petitioner. However, it is submitted

that the counsel for the petitioner could not

appear when the case was called out for the

reason that Advocate clerk was suffering from

high fever and he could not mark the list and

the case stood dismissed for non-prosecution. As

such, it is prayed that the case be restored to

its original.

In view of submissions, the restoration

application is allowed and Cr.Misc.No. 18446 of

2011 is restored to its original file.
