The petitioners claim revised minimum pay scale according to the 6th
Pay Commission Report.

Let the claim of the petitioners be examined by the respondent no.3 who
shall pass an appropriate order keeping in view the directions issued by
the State Govt.in this regard as expeditiously as possible preferably
within a period of 3 months from the date of production of a certified
copy of this order before him.

The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
