/14/ 30 June 2010 Perused the office note as well as Letter no. 159

of 2010, dated 01.06.2010, of the Additional Sessions

Judge, V, Vaishali at Hajipur, whereby he has informed that

out of 35 prosecution witnesses the Court has examined 25

and for examination of remaining plaintiff witnesses steps

have been taken. The Court has expressed hope that the

session’s trial was likely to be disposed off within 2-3

months.

In view of the request, three months further time

is granted.

concerned.
