Balakrishnan Nair, J.

The petitioner has approached this Court, feeling

aggrieved by the alleged harassment from the part of the 9th

respondent, who was the Sub Inspector of Police, Kalamassery

Police Station. Now, the said officer has been transferred.

Therefore, the cause of action for the petitioner no longer

survives. But, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted

he has filed a representation against the 9th respondent before

the 12th respondent. Without prejudice to the right of the

petitioner to pursue that representation, this writ petition is

closed.
