Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned standing counsel.

The petitioner has applied for issuing caste certificate on 1.6.2010 before
respondent no.3 but the same is still pending disposal. This petition is
disposed of finally, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case,
with the direction to respondent no.3 to decide the aforesaid application of the
petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date a certified copy of this
order is produced before him.

Certified copy of this order shall be given to the learned counsel for the
petitioner on payment of usual charges today.
