By the order dated 19.7.2010 passed by this Court, the writ petition was
dismissed as not pressed, instead thereof it ought to have been dismissed in
the terms of compromise entered into between the parties. Accordingly the
order dated 19.7.2010 should be clarified and corrected in the manner that the
writ petition is dismissed as not pressed in the terms of compromise entered
into between the parties.

The application is allowed and the order dated 19.7.2010 stands
corrected accordingly.
