The affidavit filed on behalf of opposite party no. 2 is taken on
record, whereby it has been submitted that the petitioner has
been given daily wage of Rs. 75 per day w.e.f. 1.7.2010, but
the same has not been accepted by the petitioner. Though
the petitioner is not ready to accept that very amount as the
order passed by the writ court has not been followed in its
letter and spirit but under the order of this court he receives
the same.
Since Mr. P.K.Srivastava, learned counsel for the opposite
parties is disputing the order passed by the writ court on the
ground that the same is contrary to the terms of petitioner’s
engagement as under the terms of engagement the wage is
otherwise provided, I hereby call upon the learned counsel for
opposite parties to produce the relevant record.
List on 30.7.2010. On that date relevant record shall be
produced by the opposite parties before this court.
