applicant. Heard learned A.G.A. for the State respondent.

The present 482, Cr.P.C. application has been filed for a direction to the
opposite parties to expunge the applicant from the first information report in
case crime no. 181 of 2010 under Section 8, 18, 21 of N.D.P.S. Act lodged on
6.5.2010.

Learned A.G.A. has contended that the prayer made in the present petition is
misconceived, therefore, no interference is warranted by this Court in exercise
of power under Section 482, Cr.P.C.

In view of the above, the present application/petition is dismissed.
