learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Taking into consideration that petitioner is not named in

the first information report nor any specific overt-act has been

attributed against him and the named accused persons have already

been granted privilege of bail, let the petitioner be released on bail on

furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two

sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional

Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-IV, Sasaram in connection with

Sessions Trial No. 395 of 2010 arising out of Nauhatta P.S. Case No.

38 of 2008.
