1997, have not filed their show cause reply

despite this application remaining pending

for a period of over nearly 8 months, this

Court will have no option but to direct

them to appear in person on 19.10.2011 for

explaining as to why a proceedings of

contempt be not drawn against them.

List this case on 19.10.2011 at the

top of the list.

Let a copy of this order be supplied

to Government Advocate No. 3 for its

immediate compliance.
