learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

It is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioners

that the trial of the petitioners is on the verge of conclusion. So, he

wants to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous case.

Permission is accorded and accordingly, this criminal

miscellaneous case stands dismissed as withdrawn.

Let this order be communicated to the court of Chief

Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with

Complaint Case No. 1549 C of 2007.
