reported in 2005 Crl. L. J. 755 Amrawati and another (Smt.) Vs. State of
U.P. as well as judgement of Hon’ble Supreme reported in 2009 SCC (Crl)
330, Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of U.P. and others.
Subject to above, without entering into the merit of the controversy, the writ
petition is finally disposed of.
No order as to costs.
