None present on behalf of the petitioner to press the present writ petition.

Heard learned Standing Counsel for the respondents and perused the record.

By means of the present writ petition, the petitioner has assailed the order of
suspension dated 27.8.93 (Annexure No.7) passed by respondent No.1 by
which he was placed under suspension.

Due to efflux of time, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition is dismissed as
infructuous.
