Time was granted to learned Standing Counsel to file counter affidavit on
22.10.2008. No counter affidavit has been filed although more than one and a
half year has passed.

Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted three weeks further time to
file counter affidavit failing which the District Magistrate, Agra will appear
on the next date of listing along with relevant records and instructions to assist
the court.
