connection with Beldaur P.S. Case No. 38/2011 vide

G.R. No. 653/2011, pending in the court of Chief

Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks

permission to withdraw this application, as

submitted, petitioner has been arrested by the

police. Hence, this application becomes infructuous.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, this application stands

dismissed as having become infructuous.
