Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the
respondents.
The grievance of the petitioners is that the Management of the Educational
Institutions has appointed the petitioner. The papers have been sent to the
D.I.O.S. seeking approval. Under the relevant scheme contained in
Educational Manual such appointments are to be approved by the D.I.O.S.
The petitioners in the Committee of Management are still awaiting approval
much time has elapsed. As per learned counsel for the petitioners the
Committee of Management has already sent the necessary formalities to the
office of D.I.O.S.
In view of above, the writ petition is finally disposed of with the directions
that the concerned D.I.O.S. shall call for the record to look into the matter and
pass appropriate, reasoned and speaking order within three months from the
date of presentation of certified copy of this order before him.
Accordingly, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
