A copy of counter affidavit filed by the State will be supplied to
the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner by tomorrow,
and two sets of the same will be tagged with the file of the Court
since it is not traceable in the file, though according to the learned
Standing Counsel, it had been filed on 1st October, 2004.
However, rejoinder, if any, will be filed within ten days from the
receipt of the counter affidavit.

Matter will appear two weeks hence.
