husband (petitioner) is personally present in Chamber

but complainant (wife) did not turn up.

As prayed for, put up this case in chamber

on 29.11.2010 at 4.20 pm. On that date, husband and

wife shall be personally present in Chamber.

In the meantime, interim relief, as granted

on 13.07.2009, shall continue.
