Learned counsel for the State would be well

advised to produce the chart showing allocation of dealership

within the Hajipur Sub-Division together with the details of

proportionate distribution of dealership in terms of paragraph

2.1 (iv) of the Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2001

(hereinafter referred to as the ‘Order’). The chart should also

contain the details of the allotment in terms of the reserved

Classes mentioned in paragraph 2.1 (iv).

As prayed, put up on 18.07.2011 retaining its

position.
