04/ 12.10.2010 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the top

of order dated 03.08.2010 the name of the petitioner has been wrongly

typed as Rakesh Rai, although it should have been Rajesh Rai as is

apparent from the writ petition itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is correct. Let the

said order be modified accordingly.
