2/ 18.03.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the

offence under sections 364-A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering that the petitioner’s name transpired during

investigation of the present case which was instituted for kidnapping

for ends of ransom, I am not inclined to grant bail to petitioner.

Prayer for bail is rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial in view of

the serious nature of the offence.
