                               J U D G M E N T

This writ petition was filed at the time when the application

submitted by the petitioner for the post of Lecturer in Special

Education for Visually Handicapped was rejected taking the view

that a post graduation in Health and Behavioural science is not a

sufficient qualification for the post applied for. The Syndicate

decided the qualification of the petitioner sufficient for the post

applied for. Accordingly he was interviewed along with other

candidates and was selected.

2. However, as regards the grievance of the petitioner

stands redressed, there arises no occasion now to consider the

question in this writ petition.

In view of the above factual situation, this writ petition is

closed.
