3 04.11.2011 It is pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioners that in

petition husband’s name of opposite party no.2 has been typed as

Ramatar Jaiswal in place of Rajeshwar Prasad Jaiswal. It is further

pointed out by him that order no.2 was passed by this court on

13.10.2011 but in place of 13.10.2011, it has advertently been typed as

13.9.2011.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make

necessary correction in his petition in course of the day and it is

ordered that in order no.2 in place of 13.9.2011, it be read 13.10.2011.
