Earlier, the petitioner was granted privilege

of anticipatory bail vide order dated 20.07.2011 passed

in Cr. Misc. No. 20999/2011 by this court in

connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No.

619/2010, pending in the court of Chief Judicial

Magistrate, Patna. But, under some unavoidable

circumstances, petitioner could not avail the privilege

within stipulated period.

In view of the above, period of surrender is

extended till 13th October 2011.
