Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the
petition with liberty to take all the pleas before the Investigating Officer and
he has further contended that the protection be given to the petitioner.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
The petitioner shall not be arrested till ten days on the condition
of joining the investigation.
