although he has been directed to work on the

higher post of Assistat, which carries the pay

scale of Rs.5500-9000/-, yet he is being paid the

pay scale only of typist to which he was appointed

in the year 1997.

It is submitted by learned Senior Counsel

for the petitioner that despite a series of

representations, the last being 18.1.2011, no heed

is being paid to the same and the respondent

authorities are simply sitting tight over the

matter.

In the above circumstances, the writ

application is disposed of with a direction to the

Managing Director/competent authority of the Bihar

State Electronic Development Corporation to
-2-

consider and dispose of the representations of the

petitioner within a period of three months from

the date of receipt/production of a copy of this

order by a speaking order.
