In this case, no one is appearing for the petitioners since 2.7.2009. On 2.7.2009, none was present for the parties and it was recorded that one more opportunity is granted to the parties to appear and argue the case, failing which appropriate order will be passed. Thereafter also, on 29.9.2009, none appeared. Today, Mr. Anurag Agrawal has appeared for the respondents but counsel for the petitioners is not present.
It appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.

The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed for non prosecution.
